Congratulations to George on passing your DVSA theory test on the first attempt! George finds learning new skills difficult. He also finds meeting new people and being in new environments difficult but he has managed to push all that aside and pass the DVSA theory test, at the first attempt!
George and his family approached Herts Ability for support with driving and learning to drive. Following a brief assessment, he joined the Herts ability Driving School and theory test workshop with Lead Assessor James.
Thanks to a generous grant from the Department for Transport, George had six hours of 1:1 support, fully funded.
Here’s what he had to say: “At each session James was calm, listened to me and answered any questions I had. James helped me eliminate the answers that were not right, and the ones that I got wrong. James was able to explain clearly and concisely where I went wrong and how I can improve for next time. It was great to be able to use the app as outside of our sessions James was able to monitor my progress. I have no hesitation in recommending James and Herts Ability to anyone.”

1:1 support is available with a specialist Approved Driving Instructor at our Welwyn Garden City offices and you’ll get free unlimited access to Theory Test Pro to practice at home.
We even have our very own theory test booth to help you become familiar and feel more relaxed on the big day!
Herts Ability is also available for classroom sessions at their Welwyn Garden City office or at your school.
