Herts Ability provides many services that are either free of charge or subsidised, from information and advice, to travel and professional equipment assessments. Herts Ability’s existence is very much dependent on the support and generosity of our supporters, thus helping us to promote and improve independence and well being, and make a real difference to people’s lives.
As with many organisations, our finances have been affected by the loss of major contributors, such as the local authority, making it even more important for us to secure regular fundraising income. Besides, we always try to put the ‘fun’ in fundraising.
