A massive THANK YOU to everyone who attended the Herts Ability Quiz Night on Saturday 18th May 2024 – brilliantly delivered by our quiz hosts Sarah and Simon!

In total we raised £629.33 which will enable us to purchase the AED we have been fundraising for, plus essential first aid equipment!
Did you know? There are over 30,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests annually in the UK, with less than a 10% survival rate? Immediate CPR and defibrillation can more than double the chances of survival, yet public access defibrillators are used in less than 10% of cases.
We aim to change that! With an AED on-site, we can confidently provide assistance during a medical emergency for our clients, staff, and the wider community!

Until then, a special thanks to Hollie, James and Sarah for preparing the delicious meals on the night. Also, it was fantastic to see all the staff participating with their own teams, and a big shoutout to Andrew and Mark for managing the bar! Additionally, we would like to thank all the organisations that generously donated raffle prizes on Saturday!
