David won his well-deserved award from Driving Mobility for outstanding customer service! David reveals what it’s like to work for Herts Ability:
“I have been through the assessment process and have succeeded in going from a novice – using and learning with adaptations – to passing my driving test in just under a year!
It feels rewarding in a way to share my experience with clients who are coming to have an assessment; sometimes just to put their minds at ease, if for instance they are a bit apprehensive about the driving assessment.
I enjoy working at Herts Ability; it’s a great team that has supported me throughout my journey so far!”
Fun Fact 2!
After starting lessons with Herts Ability’s Driving Centre manager David Wooder and senior driving assessor Matt Miller in October 2016, David passed his test with flying colours just 10 months later!
